The Exhibit Hall at the CHEC Rocky Mountain Homeschool Conference (one of the best homeschool conferences in the country!) provides you with that opportunity. You’ll be able to connect face-to-face with thousands of homeschool families in order to introduce options, sell products and services, and offer ongoing support to meet the needs of individual students.

Why at CHEC? For going on 35 years, our conference has earned the confidence of Colorado families. CHEC runs the largest independent (umbrella) school in the state, and thousands of parents trust us and use our services year-round.

2024 RMHC Exhibit Hall Schedule (tentative)

Wednesday, June 12
- 3:00 pm — 5:00 pm: Check-in for exhibitors with 3 or more booths; set-up for same until 9:00pm
Thursday, June 13
- 8:00 am — 3:00 pm: Setup
  - 8:00 am — 10am: Check-in for exhibitors with 2 booths; set-up for all checked-in exhibitors
  - 10:00 am — 2:00 pm: Check-in for exhibitors with 1 booth; set-up for all checked-in exhibitors
- 3:00 pm — 3:30 pm: Exhibitor Summit (mandatory for at least one member of each booth team)
- 4:30 pm — 8:00 pm: Exhibit Hall Grand Opening for attendee shopping
Friday, June 14
- 10:00 am — 6:30 pm: Open for attendee shopping
Saturday, June 15
- 10:00 am — 4:30 pm: Open for attendee shopping
- 4:45 pm — 7:00 pm: Teardown

Exhibit Hall Details

Available booth sizes: 10′ x 10′ and 8’x8. Booth space price range is $325-$700, depending on size and location in the Exhibit Hall. Each booth includes one covered and skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. They also include an 8-ft.-high back curtain and 3-ft.-high side drapes. Six (6) full-convention name tags are provided per exhibitor.
Booth Add-ons: Electricity, internet, drayage, or other specific furnishings are an additional cost. These are provided by the Crowne Plaza Hotel banquet staff, our RMHC team, or our suggested subcontractor. Information and prices will be provided after your full registration is complete by January 15, 2024. An email will be sent to all exhibitors the First Tuesday of March 2024 with sign-up for these extras and listing of your exhibitor “conference weekend” and Grand Opening Party special offers. This form needs to be completed by no later than May 15, 2024..
