Children of all ages are welcome to attend the Rocky Mountain Homeschool Conference. Infants two years old and younger may attend at no cost, and there’s no need to register them. Children ages three years old or older must be registered; simply select the “Family Add-On” option during registration.
There are several fast food restaurants within walking distance, and the Mart provides a café, coffee and snack carts, and vending machines at the facility (all are cash only, but for your convenience, there is an ATM on-site). Attendees are allowed to bring a sack lunch inside the Mart to eat in the designated eating areas.
Contractual restrictions prohibit us from allowing personal audio or video recording of sessions. (You can purchase recordings here.)
Refund requests dated before or on Monday, June 12, 2017 will receive a full refund (less a $20 processing fee). All refund requests must be made in writing and emailed to the registration coordinator at . Please include a copy of your registration confirmation with your request for refund. No refunds will be issued after June 12, 2017.
Strollers & Rolling Devices
You’re welcome to bring your stroller or rolling devices (to carry books) the exhibit hall and the used curriculum sale. However, due to room capacity issues, strollers and rolling devices are only allowed in these workshop rooms: Strollers in Plaza, Forum I, Forum III, Expo F-1 & Expo G-4. (Other workshop rooms do not have space for strollers; thanks for understanding.)
